Policies
Modern Slavery Policy
We are committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all our operations and supply chain. Our zero-tolerance approach ensures compliance with anti-slavery laws and ongoing due diligence to identify and mitigate risks.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We collect only necessary personal information, obtain your consent for data processing, and prioritize the security of your information. We do not share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.
Safeguarding Policy
Ensuring a safe environment for all is our priority. Our safeguarding policy outlines roles and responsibilities, clear reporting procedures, ongoing training, and preventive measures. We are committed to creating a space free from harm for everyone involved.
Fees Policy
198 Contemporary Arts and Learning promotes access and opportunity in the arts and media. Our programme is free to participate in and no fees are charged as a rule. In some circumstances, fees are charged to agencies, hospitals and other organisations to run courses or for them to utilise the charities resources and premises. Rates are kept to a minimum and charged at an affordable community rate.
